The Mancunion student newspaper meeting for new volunteers University of Manchester Careers Blog Volunteering with The Mancunion student newspaper is a great way to gain experience if you want to work in the media. Even if you want to work in an unrelated field, volunteering with the paper will still look really good on your CV. If youre interested in getting involved, dont miss out on a meeting at 5.30pm on Monday 28th January in Club Academy basement of the Students Union. Youll get to meet all the papers section editors and find out how you can start contributing to the UKs biggest student paper. Whether you want to be web developer, photographer, reviewer, feature writer or reporter there will be opportunities for you to get involved.
